Minimum stays apply. Extra person rate: $30.00 p/p per night . (this refers to 5th person

REFUND POLICY Deposit refunded on cancellation only if notified within 60 days of arrival dates and only if unit is fully relet for same time. (if postponing dates then 7 days minimum notice required - or deposit paid is forfeited ). In the case of a “no show” or if a booking is shortened on arrival – no refund. If guest has booked for incorrect dates or unit type – no refund.
CANCELLATION Every cancellation will incur a $50 fee per booking per unit.
